Magdalena Rogl ist Head of Digital Channels bei Microsoft Deutschland – eine ungewöhnliche Frau mit einer ungewöhnlichen Karriere. Neben ihrem Beruf und ihrer Patchwork-Familie engagiert sie sich unter anderem als Botschafterin des Deutschen Kindervereins. Das Thema Kinderschutz liegt ihr am Herzen, weil sie selbst als Kind Gewalt erfahren musste. Sie hatte aber das Glück, dass sie immer wieder Erzieher*innen und Lehrer*innen um sich hatte, die sie stärkten. Magdalena Rogl machte eine Ausbildung zur Kinderpflegerin, orientierte sich dann aber um in Richtung digitale Kommunikation.
